Last stop on the tour, so I better make sure my review is up to scratch so the book sticks in your mind. Which it certainly has mine.
About The Book
One simple mouth swab is all it takes.
One tiny DNA test to find your perfect partner – the one you’re genetically made for.
A decade after scientists discover everyone has a gene they share with just one person, millions have taken the test, desperate to find true love.
Now, five more people take the test. But even soul mates have secrets. And some are more shocking – and deadlier – than others…
A psychological thriller with a difference, this is a truly unique novel which is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat.
(Note: Previously published as A Thousand Small Explosions)
I had been reading so many good things about this book under its previous title A Thousand Small Explosions and figured that so many well respected reviewers could not be wrong so when the opportunity came up to read an ARC I grabbed it.
This book is quite simply like nothing I have read before, it is unique read with a plot that is both imaginative and entirely plausible. I was turning the pages faster and faster and was gripped all the way through and had no clue where the author was going with the story. The writing style is superb and there is nothing I can say to fault this book – an ATF has been written.
I fully expect technology to catch up with John’s imagination soon.
Thanks to John and Stephenie for my place on the tour
